TractIQ was founded in 2021, and in 2024 we underwent an ownership change that fueled our next stage of growth. With this transition, we doubled down on:

Our leadership includes real estate investment professionals who previously acquired over 700,000 square feet of self-storage assets. To avoid any conflicts of interest, we made the intentional shift to focus exclusively on the data business to avoid any conflicting interests. Alongside that expertise, we brought in top-tier talent from Google, Dell, and Zendesk to build a platform worthy of the industry’s future.
