How It Works

  • Set Your Criteria
     Start by choosing to search the entire country or by state(s) (e.g., Texas or North Carolina).
    From there, you can filter facilities by:

    • Net rentable square footage range (e.g., 15,000–30,000 sq ft)
    • Ownership type (non-REIT or independent operators)
    • Sale history (e.g., properties not sold in the last 10 years)
    • Availability of owner contact information

  • Create a Prospect List
     Once your filters are set, name your new list (for example, “Texas List”).

  • View and Export Your Results
