Accessing Point Info
To open Point Info:
- Click on any facility pin on the map.
- Select View More Details.
- The Insight Panel will open on the right-hand side of your screen, showing the Point Info page.
What You’ll See for Operating Facilities
When viewing an operating facility, the Point Info panel includes:
- Facility Name & Address – Title and location at the top.
- Management Type – Shows whether the facility is REIT-managed or not.
- About Section – Gross square footage, rentable square footage, and number of stories.
- Facility Type – Indoor, outdoor, climate-controlled, multi-story, etc.
- Contact Information – Full address, phone number, and facility website.
- Owner Information – Owner name, phone, and email (if available).
- Latest Facility Pricing – Breakdown of unit sizes, rates, and last updated date. Includes a dropdown to filter by climate vs. non-climate units.
- Parcel Information – Parcel address, acreage, zoning, and property values.
What You’ll See for Developing Facilities
When viewing a development site (yellow pin), you’ll see most of the same sections as an operating facility, with a few key additions:
- Project Details – Information about site work, construction, and project descriptions sourced from permitting data.
- Start Date – The recorded start date for development or site work.
- Project Log – A timestamped history of updates, including project stage, progress notes, and assessments from TractIQ’s data team.
