Dashboard Improvements
- City & State added to Dashboard Subtext
Makes it easier for users to quickly identify which market their deals belong to. - Insight Panel Available From Dashboard
Users can now open the Insight Panel directly from the dashboard via the chart icon—enabling PDF and rental comps downloads without having to open a deal.

Prospecting
- Persistent Active List
TractIQ now remembers the last prospecting list you selected. If you refresh the page or return another day, your most recently used list automatically loads. - Persistent Rental Comps preferences
Rental comps customizations and selected columns now persist using the user preferences table, allowing settings to carry across browsers, sessions, and devices. - Disabled Saving to “My Deals”
Users can no longer save prospect lists to My Deals since that list cannot be deleted.
Map & Insight Panel Updates
- Updated Insight Panel Header
The “Save” button is now more prominent.
“Report” has been renamed to “Data” to align with export terminology.
Note: This will change again to “Exports” in an upcoming release.

Price scraping improvements
- Fully automated rate deployment schedule to ensure pricing data updates every Monday and Wednesday on our way to deploying pricing data each day. Historically, scrapers ran every day to collect data but we aggregated and deployed the updated pricing once per week (now twice per week).

API & Developer Tools:

Bug Fixes:
Application Bugs Resolved
- Rental Comps full page was not loading for some users after “Analyze Deal”
- Dashboard radius text was using facility name rather than address, it now correctly uses address of the facility.
- List Overview Report can now be downloaded more than once.

- Ground floor units were sometimes not tagged correctly — this has been resolved for the last 3 months.
