October 2025 Release Notes
This month’s updates focused on introducing Prospecting as well as improving TractIQ’s reliability and expanding data coverage. Below are highlights from the October releases:
Features & User Experience
Release of the new Prospecting Tool
- The Prospecting Tool is now available to all users.
- With over 69,000 facilities tracked across the U.S., you can instantly filter, segment, and build personalized prospect lists; helping you move from data to outreach in seconds.
- Whether you’re sourcing acquisition targets or growing your client pipeline, the Prospecting Tool lets you:
- Search nationwide or within specific states
- Filter by size, ownership, facility specs, transaction history, and more
- Save and export custom prospect lists
- Access owner contact info, mailing addresses, and more
- Click here to view the dedicated article detailing the Prospecting Tool
Trade Area Selections
- Trade area (drive time/radius) settings now persist across tabs and sessions. Your last selected trade area will automatically apply unless changed for a specific saved deal.
Rental Comps Configuration
- Rental comps preferences now save permanently between sessions.
- This update moves settings from cache to a new user preferences table; improving consistency and reducing cache-related bugs.
UI Consolidation
- Removed redundant “no pagination” option for PDF downloads.
- Removed duplicate CSV download buttons within opportunity data pages (Storage Facility Report and Housing Development Report).
Bug Fixes
- Fixed display issue where operating facilities showed “project stage” instead of “year built/last upgrade year.”
- Resolved issue where map legend could not be minimized on small screens.
- Some users reported being unable to log in on 10/27. This was addressed (within 30 minutes of reporting!) and should no longer be an issue.
- Improved flexibility for data visualization; any combination of change data and shading now works smoothly.
