March 2026 Release Notes
Featured Update: Filter by Trade Area While Prospecting
This one's been at the top of your wishlist for a while, and it's finally here!
You can now filter your prospecting results by trade area demographics, right inside the TractIQ prospecting tool. Population growth, square footage per capita, median household income, etc. Apply any combination of those filters scoped to a radius around each facility.
Here's the workflow: start a prospecting list like you normally would, and once you're under 5,000 sites, you have the option to “Filter by Trade Area”. Set your radius , dial in your criteria, hit apply, and TractIQ cross-references your original list criteria with your trade area filters to generate a refined, market-qualified shortlist.

This is available to everyone, on every plan, no upgrade required. Log in and give it a go, and as always, we'd love to hear how y'all are putting it to use.
Dashboard Bulk Editing
Take action on multiple deals at once. You can now multi-select deals in a list and apply bulk actions across all of them. Change the analysis radius, update status, move deals to another list, or delete.
Maps
Maps now live on their own dedicated page in the sidebar, separate from your lists. More breathing room for both your dashboard and map views.

Data Updates
CMBS Operating Performance data coverage expanded by over 500 facilities. Additionally, many facilities have reported February occupancy which are now in the platform and financial data has been added for 246 facilities who have already reported annual 2025 data with more on the way in the next month.

Bug Fixes
- Fixed: Hidden map layers (like deals and storage facilities) now stay hidden when the legend is closed and reopened.
- Fixed: Deal pins dropped near but not directly on the correct location when clicking from a zoomed-out view — they now land precisely.
- Fixed: Saving to an existing list no longer incorrectly triggers the list limit error.
- Fixed: Adjusting per-user export allocation limits was wiping each user's consumed export count — those are now preserved.
- Fixed: A bug with the climate-controlled flag has been resolved — facilities that offer climate-controlled units with pricing data now correctly appear when filtering for that designation.
