How to Update Your Payment Method
You can update the payment method for your TractIQ subscription in one of two easy ways, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.
Option 1: Update Your Payment Method When Paying an Invoice
When you receive an invoice (monthly or annual), you can update your payment method directly during checkout.
As you pay the invoice, you’ll have the option to:
- Enter a new credit card, or
- Pay via ACH
Whatever method you use at checkout will be applied to that invoice, or used for future invoices if you store a payment method on file.
Option 2: Request a Secure Payment Update Link
If you’re in the middle of a billing period, have a stored method of payment, or on an auto-pay subscription, just reach out to our team.
Email our support team (support@tractiq.com), and we’ll send you a secure payment link where you can update your payment method directly in our system.
