The Deal Dashboard is your home base for tracking, organizing, and moving fast on the sites you’re working. Whether you're evaluating a handful of properties or juggling dozens, the dashboard makes it easy to keep everything in one place and stay on top of your pipeline.
What You Can Do

How to Add Deals to the Dashboard
1) Search Bar
Type any address or market into the top search bar. Once you pick the right one, TractIQ will pull in the data automatically and drop it into your dashboard with a five-mile radius view.
2) Drop a Pin on the Map
You can also jump into the map, drop a pin wherever you’re looking, and hit "Save Market" to send that spot straight into your dashboard view.
3) Upload a CSV
If you’re working on a larger list, you can bulk upload via CSV:
• Upload your file with full addresses in one column
• TractIQ will geocode each address and let you confirm accuracy
• Choose your preferred radius (1, 3, or 5 miles)
• Hit import and you’re good to go
Make the Dashboard Yours
You can fully customize what data you’d like reflected in each column, track metrics like population or median income, and tag each site with a status that reflects where it is in your workflow. You can also sort and filter deals to make things easier to manage.
Export Your Deals
Need to share your work or do some offline analysis? You can export everything in your dashboard, with all your custom data points included, into a CSV with one click.
FAQs
What’s the best way to format my CSV?
A single column with full addresses works great. TractIQ will handle the rest and help you confirm any formatting before uploading.
Can I change the radius after upload?
We’re currently working on the functionality to adjust radius/drive time in the dashboard to be pushed out in a future release. For now, you can pick your preferred radius during the upload flow.
If I save something on the map, will it show in the dashboard?
Definitely. Any site saved via search or map will show up in your Deal Dashboard automatically.
