At TractIQ, we’re here to make sure you have the best experience possible. Whether you have a quick question, need help with your account, or want to share feedback, our team is ready to assist. There are three easy ways to reach our support team:
1. Email Us
Send us an email at support@tractiq.com and we’ll get back to you during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST).
We aim to reply within an hour during those times.
2. Contact Us in the App
You can reach us directly from your TractIQ dashboard or maps page:
- Look at the top-right corner of the toolbar for the question mark icon (?).
- On the maps page: it’s near the Save Map button.
- On the dashboard: it’s next to the Jump to Maps button.
- On the maps page: it’s near the Save Map button.

2. Click the Send Feedback option.
3. Fill out the comment box with your question, feedback, or request.

If we miss your call, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. For the fastest responses, we recommend email or in-app messages.
