Can I Buy National or Statewide Datasets?

Yes. A handful of TractIQ datasets can be purchased in bulk, separate from your platform subscription.

What's Available for Bulk Purchase

Storage Facilities Export:

A full export of facility-level data (i.e. a bulk version of the Storage Facilities Report). A few of the high-level fields you'll find inside:

  • Facility identifiers: Facility ID, company, management type, operating status
  • Location details: full address, city, county, state, zip, latitude/longitude
  • Physical specs: gross and rentable square footage (drive-up and indoor), climate control, stories, acres
  • Ownership and developer details: names, phone, email, company affiliation
  • Parcel and tax data: zoning, year built, improvement and land value, assessed value, last sale, tax billed amount, tax rate
  • Development site info (when applicable): project description, value, start/end dates, project status

Facility Pricing Rate-level data for the storage facilities themselves, a big unlock when you need pricing intelligence to layer alongside your facility list.This is effectively a bulk version of the “source” rental rate data available market by market in Pro+ and Max plans.

CredIQ CMBS Data (for CMBS-eligible facilities):

 For facilities with CMBS loans, you can purchase a bulk download of:

  • Occupancy Data: facility ID, name, address, ending month, and physical occupancy percentage
  • Financial Data: income statements, rent income, NOI data, and supporting financial line items per facility
  • Or Both

On top of the data types above, you choose how wide you want to go:

  • A specific state or list of states
  • A specific number of facilities
  • Or the complete set nationally

 

Need Something Custom?

If your project calls for a more tailored cut, custom analysis is available for an additional charge. A common example: an export of all facility data for Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona that also includes web rates for 10x10 units. You'll also choose a refresh cadence that fits your workflow. Frequency options are:

  • Annually
  • Quarterly
  • Monthly
