Featured Update: Deal Files
Your deal page just became your home base.
Deal Files is now available to all users. You can now attach and manage files directly on any deal: upload, download, or delete PDFs, spreadsheets, images, and more, all from the deal edit page. Up to 20 files and 100 MB per deal.
Keep a record of data exports so you never have to “use an export” to get a file you’ve already generated. Once a market is saved as a deal, any exports (CSV or XLSX files) you generate from TractIQ are automatically linked to the deal they come from. No more digging through past downloads or folders to track down which export was for which site. As an example: If you download a “demography” or “storage facility” export; these exact data exports will be linked to the deal within your dashboard, and available for you to redownload them in the future if you wish (without “using up” another export)! Of course, if it’s been some time since your last export and you want fresh data, you can always generate a new export as before. See how it works below:
Prospecting & Deal Management
Bulk actions got smarter. "Select all" now respects your active filters; so if you're looking at deals filtered by a specific criteria, selecting all only grabs what's in view. Move them, update them, or delete them in one shot. A partial-selected state also makes it clear when some of your selected deals are filtered out of view.
CMBS Financial Exports
We increased coverage of recent financial report by 140% by adding Exports now support for all reporting periodsdata types; Annual, Year to Date, Trailing 12 Months, and Underwriting Baseline are all available.
Financial exports now include CMBS traceability fields: Transaction ID, Loan ID, and Property ID are all included in the raw data sheet. If you're working with CMBS-backed facilities, you can now trace any exported financial record directly back to the source loan and property.

Financial exports also now show your remaining export count before you download, so there are no surprises. And the export counter updates immediately after each download, no more needing to close and reopen the panel to see an accurate count.
Small Improvements
Training link on first login for admins. New admin users now see a link to schedule a training session right from the "Take a Tour" card on first login. The link is tailored to your subscription tier, so you're always pointed toward the right onboarding experience.
Clearer messaging when facility data is unavailable. When a deal's facility data can't be found, the error message now explains the most likely reasons: the site was cancelled, the facility was renamed, changed ownership, closed, or removed as a duplicate. You're also pointed directly to the map to investigate further.

Bug Fixes
- Fixed: "Analyze Deal" from the map now opens whichever report you had active last, not just Executive Summary or Point Info every time.
- Fixed: Custom drive time values from the dashboard filter were capped at 20 minutes, the limit is now correctly set to 60 minutes, matching the map.
- Fixed: MCP demographic and market summary tools were returning no data for a small set of facilities at small radii due to a spatial matching issue. This now matches dashboard behavior and returns correct data.
- Fixed: "Open in Map" no longer produces a broken page for facilities that haven't been saved to a list.
- Fixed: The "Add a filter" dropdown was getting cut off at the bottom of the screen. It now opens upward when there isn't enough room below.
- Fixed: Custom radius values (like 18 miles) no longer stick around in the filter options after clearing.
- Fixed: The info button in the Operating Performance report is now available in full screen analyze view.
